My wife and I contacted John in the summer of 2017 as we were interested in moving to Toronto in the

easily said, “contact me when you are ready to buy or sold your place”. Instead, he had the patience to

Buying a home is a major investment and it is not like reality tv where you see three places and make a

to really consider the area-do neighbours look after their yards,, will the area hold it’s value and
appreciate over time.
John got us into a lot better area and with some basic renos, our place has really appreciated. It is a safe
neighbourhood to walk in as we do a lot of walking.
